We started this because gummy supplements are the fastest-growing format in a very large category and the worst-covered. Search for the best gummy for almost any health concern and you get the same page, over and over: ten products in a numbered list, ten near-identical paragraphs of marketing copy, ten orange buttons, and no indication that anyone checked anything.

We wanted to know something narrower and more useful. For a given health concern, which gummies are real, and of those, which do people actually enjoy taking for months?

That turns out to be a harder question than it sounds, because this format has a documented accuracy problem. Independent labs have found gummies failing potency testing at rates far above tablets and capsules, and they have found top-rated best-sellers containing essentially none of the ingredient on the front of the bottle. So the answer cannot come from star ratings alone, which is what everyone else is using.

Our method is published in full. Every product carries a score, every score shows its components, and every page lists what we would want to know if we were the reader: what people like most, what people might not like, and the honest limitation of the category itself. Some of our pages tell you to buy a powder or a capsule instead. We would rather be useful than complete.

We make money through affiliate commissions, disclosed on every page. We are paid the same regardless of which product in a category you choose, which is the point.
